While I was studying abroad in London at Central Saint Martins, we had an assignment to create a conspiracy and brand a product that accompanied that conspiracy.

 My partner and I were inspired by the conspiracies that surrounded Hurricane Maria and decided that we would take this into a "sci-fi" direction. The conspiracy we  created was: In this scenario, the Government used the Hurricane as an opportunity to test engineered food supplements on the populous of the Caribbean islands.

 

We created a brand called "A.I.D", the purveyor of the food supplements; labeled as government aid for those citizens who suffered great loss. The logo was meant to represent the board of scientists who "created A.I.D", and uses the symbol of a satellite receiver (similar to  the one found in Puerto Rico's Observatory). I wanted to design a product that was simple, minimalist, and gave the impression that A.I.D was a Government product.
